Space Compression's hardest part was where he needed to harmonize all the things inside the sphere he created to compress the attack. There were different types of energy that would be absorbed along with the main attack, so Alex needed to find a way to harmonize them.

Luckily, that unique Space Element of his already sped up the process while the rest was handled by his Sword Qi and Spear Qi that cut any resistance while being suppressed with his Pure Fire.

It took him a long two months just to master it, which was still within his calculation. With this, he should still have one year and one month to master the two things. He thought this would finish in a? jiffy, but then the difficulty ricocheted the moment he practiced a dimension type Space Element Art.

Unlike the others that had so many alternatives, he needed to cram so much information into his knowledge because the Inverted Dimension required him to achieve a certain degree of knowledge about what was going on within the barrier.

When the first time he used it, bookshelves appeared, telling Alex to understand it inside this tower.

Alex began to read the books without hesitation since he planned to go back as soon as possible. And the number of books alone would use one month to cover the entire thing. And he still needs to comprehend the knowledge.

In the end, Alex needed two months just to finish reading it and began creating the dimension.

The first time he succeeded… by chance, was one month from that day. The dimension was formed above his head, so when he touched that dimension, he got sucked and turned upside down, watching the ground from another perspective.

It was a weird but fulfilling time, but he knew that he couldn't test it for too long and proceeded with the mastering process.

The mastering process took another month until Alex could create a dimension solid enough to withstand a couple of attacks from the outside world and prevented someone from going outside that dimension.

It was a load of work, but Alex paid no heed and kept continuing his practice. Finally, he arrived at the last technique, Subjective Reality. This was the hardest technique of all since this was the original technique of the Dungeon God.

Still, the one thing that kept him smiling was the fact that he managed to break through to Rank 4 God in this inheritance place. He had no doubt that his wives would be at least Rank 8 after this and the majority must have reached Rank 7, but Alex felt they were still lacking.

He needed to prepare something soon, so his wives could reach Rank 5 God as soon as possible. At least, they needed to reach it before he became a Rank 2 God. After contemplating for a moment, Alex decided to give another mission to them, so they could become stronger.

As for the missions… Alex would be relying on Lin Xingzhi's resourcefulness to give them a good mission.

After getting enough time to think about this matter, Alex continued his training.

Finally, several months passed, he managed to master this last technique before showing it off inside the building, so it could record his movement to see whether he passed the trial or not.

Ding.

A high-pitched sound rang on his ears as he found a small key appear from the ground. He took it and smiled. "Finally, I have them all."

AI entered the building immediately and gave him one last message.

"This will be my last message. To open the vault, you need to use all the keys in their respective buildings. And the pyramid will become the entrance to enter the greatest vault, so do your best to reach there. Last but not least, congratulations on completing my master's tests."

Remembering what he had gone through, Alex couldn't help but smile as if his torture was over. AI, on the other hand, lost its purpose and fell to the ground as no Spiritual Energy supplied him anymore.

Alex bent his knees and tilted his head in confusion. He was contemplating whether he needed to bury a puppet or not. But since AI had been a great help for showing him the way, he decided to create a small tomb for him since he didn't find his body attractive… in a different meaning.

Alex then used all the keys he received before going toward the first tower he challenged, the pyramid.

To his surprise, the pyramid underwent a transformation as it revealed another form. The arrays that had been concealed inside this pyramid appeared as it dispersed all the arrays in this room.

Alex then found a small Teleportation Array in the middle of the building and activated it without hesitation.

"…" Alex blinked his eyes and arrived at a strange room. The room was covered with gold, but it was still useless since gold was just a mortal commodity. What he focused on was a shelf filled with Space Rings.

"Those are the Space Rings that contain the Spirit Crystals. With that many Space Crystals, I think I have officially become the richest man in the universe?" Alex made a weird smile. He wasn't proud of this achievement since it was useless to him.

At the same time, he didn't find any weapons or whatsoever, so he thought his wealth was already gone because of the previous system, leaving only the Spirit Crystals that could be harvested from the dungeons. "Well, I won't complain since his wealth has at least two-thirds of my previous life's riches plus Eulja's treasury. Anyway, I need to go back…"

A few months passed after that and Eulja was struck by happiness.

There was so much joy everywhere.

In the castle, Lin Xingzhi walked in a small corridor. Her face was calm and uninterested, but her eyes contained a little frustration.

Suddenly, Korzan appeared in front of her and bowed his head. "Milady, we have a situation here."

"If it's about Alex, you won't get an answer from me." Lin Xingzhi shook her head helplessly.

Korzan scratched the back of his head and was confused about how they should proceed with the situation. "Although we have no complaint from the Elemental Gods, many were still asking when His Majesty would come. And we need to hold the semifinal soon." Korzan let out a long sigh, wondering what he should do in this situation.

Everything would be resolved as long as Alex returned home, yet, it was something they could only hope for. Even Lin Xingzhi had no idea where Alex went other than a Black Hole.

After a series of investigations, they didn't find Alex everywhere, so they ended up returning with a sour face.

Of course, Lin Xingzhi knew that Alex was safe and sound because of the system. But as one would expect from the former master of the Gacha System, he could stop showing Alex's system as long as he was inside the dungeon.

"Who are the participants again?" Lin Xingzhi asked.

"The first one is Zerah's successor, the Winged Lion Spirit, Saul. He would be fighting against Thousand Silk Spider Spirit, Maiah. On the other side, Canaan's daughter, Dryad Spirit, Raisa. Her opponent is Undead Spirit, Giza. As for the fifth spot, I think we have chosen him…"

"Hmm…" Lin Xingzhi narrowed her eyes. "It's surprising that the Maiah, who is only a Rank 5 God can actually beat Agnis' successor, a Rank 3 God. But it doesn't matter since Alex has set the rule. In any case, I'm more interested in the second round. Giza is also a Rank 3 God, so I wonder if he can defeat Raisa.

"Anyway, since we have chosen Agnis' successor as the fifth position, I think we only need to see the last three fights. Even though they have gotten the right, they still want to show off. Pfft, such a cute character." Lin Xingzhi smirked.

"Ye-yeah." Korzan nodded. "Does this mean we are going to show ourselves without His Majesty?"

"Do we have another option?"

Korzan shook his head helplessly. "I will prepare myself—"

Before he finished his words, someone's voice echoed in the corridor.

"So, you don't want me to attend?"

"!!!" The two were shocked as they turned around, finding Alex walking the corridor with a calm smile.

"Alex (Your Majesty)!" Both of them shouted at the same time.

When Lin Xingzhi was about to hug him, she stopped and looked at him with a disgusted face. "You stink."

"Ahaha… I am sorry. It's truly a gruesome last month." Alex chuckled. "Anyway, there are only three matches left, right? I will show myself to them to see the new blood that will take over the position sooner or later."

"Yeah, but you need to take a shower first. And I will be informing the others first."

"Alright, alright." Alex waved his hand nonchalantly before looking at Korzan. "You're alright, Korzan?"

Korzan was still stunned after finding Alex had become a Rank 4 God. "Your Majesty… Did you have a breakthrough?"

"Yep. It's quite hectic, but I think I can defeat a Rank 3 God right now." Alex smiled.

"That…" Korzan didn't know why Alex revealed this, but he felt it was related to the war that would happen soon.

"And can you contact our allies? The enemies are moving toward our place right now. I passed them for an instant earlier. There is a possibility that something will happen either after the tournament or in the middle of the tournament. So, I'm planning to not waste any time for the tournament."

"Do you mean you want the final to happen right after the semifinal ends?"

"Yes." Alex nodded.

"I understand."

"And the tournament is currently held on another planet, right?"

"Yes." Korzan nodded.

"In that case, I will need to meet Anya first."

"Sure. I will arrange it for you."

Alex then waved his hand and turned around. "Alright. I'm going to take a shower first."

After taking a shower, Alex met Lin Xingzhi, who accompanied him to the war council where Anya stayed the whole time, coming up with a strategy to fight their current enemies.

Surprisingly, he found Aria with her.

"Hmm?" Alex noticed Aria's change as her clothes were slightly revealing compared to her usual clothes. "Aria?"

"Ah, Y-your Majesty." Aria hurriedly greeted him.

"You don't need to be that formal. No one is here other than four of us." Alex shrugged.

"Alex, you don't mind me bringing her here, right? She is a prodigy in welfare. Although she lacks experience, she can think out of the box. Maybe… She was imitating your style after knowing you for years. And without you by her side, that ability started to grow to a fearful degree."

"Is that so?" Alex smiled and nodded. "You've worked hard, Aria."

"Yes, I mean, No."

"Which is it…" Alex chuckled before asking, "So, do you know the situation?"

"Yes. We are planning to move two hundred thousand to that planet to bait them. As soon as they reach there, I will send the signal for our allies to appear."

Alex nodded. "I guess we can only have a full brawl against them."

"By the way, what do you think of her clothes? I chose them." Anya laughed. "Haha, I'm going to have her seduce the boss, oops, I mean the big boss."

Alex shrugged. "If she is not comfortable, you shouldn't force her."

"She is fine, right?" Anya turned her head to Aria.

"Y-yes."

Alex let out a long sigh before looking at the map. "Still, the situation is worse than I thought. We only have four God Kings and they have six. I probably need to add Anna and Leoz to the fight later…"

"Uhm… Can I say something?" Aria raised her hand. She was hesitating to tell this since she wasn't a full-fledged strategist.

"Sure. Tell me everything you want. Two people are better than one." Alex shrugged.

She then pointed at the map to a certain planet. "I think we should put more thought in this place."

Alex narrowed his eyes before coming to a realization. "I see, defensive battle."

He couldn't contain his smile and patted her head like usual. "Hahaha, you are great! This will do for now."
