"Oi, oi, oi! What's that?" William quickly approached him without a care of his own wound. "Since when did you have six wings?"

"Always has been." Sullivan let out a long sigh. "In the past, my trauma prevented me from using this. To think that a few years after promising his majesty that I will unleash everything I have when necessary was the last promise I had before he fought the beast…My heart couldn't take it anymore.

"I chose not to run away anymore, making sure that the current him wouldn't die because of me holding back. After all, I know that losing someone is far worse than getting scrutinized by those around you…" Sullivan closed his eyes, letting out tears.

"Haiz. I never thought that His Majesty forced us to stay home back then, saying that he wouldn't do anything, only turned out that he left alone to fight that beast…" William scratched the back of his head. "Anyway, I believed that His Majesty had predicted everything, so we could only trust his choice and make sure that the current him can achieve everything he has left behind."

"Yes." Sullivan nodded with a solemn face before asking. "How about your wounds?"

"It's nothing. Every time I fought, I would gain this type of injury, so it's fine. My strength is still at the top…Just a bit exhausted. Probably, I can only help someone once more before my Spiritual Energy is zero. You should know that my Formless Blade required a ridiculous amount of Spiritual Energy, right?"

"Yeah. Though because you managed to wound him in the past using that technique, he decided to use his Spirit Crown to make it even stronger." Sullivan nodded. "Anyway, let's go back to his side first and ask about his opinion."

"Sure thing." William acknowledged and returned to Alex's side.

"Your Majesty. We have successfully killed our enemies." Both cupped their hands and bowed politely.

"How is your body?" Alex asked.

"I will be fine to help someone, but I will retire after that. As expected, taking their strongest Rank 2 God is not easy."

"How about you kill one more so I can stand here to protect his majesty? You probably should help that little Lilda because she is His Majesty's escort, no?"

"Fair enough." William nodded before looking at Alex, confirming the request.

However, Alex simply waved his hand, pointing at the East Guardian, the poison master, Carissa. "You will help her."

"Carissa, huh. Well, she herself is not good at a fight, but I think she can hold on for a little longer." William narrowed his eyes.

"Are you questioning our king's decision, William?" Sullivan released his killing intent.

"No, that's not what I mean. I just want to have His Majesty protected."

"No. It's fine this way. While you are heading to Carissa, I will help the one fighting the Beast God. Both of their opponents have a fire element…" Alex smiled. "Why don't we use something to suppress them?"

"Your Majesty. Are you planning to use the power of Fire God?"

Alex nodded.

"But won't it be too soon? The whole universe is watching you right now. If you carelessly use that power, they will think they need more people to come."

"That's the reason. With more people, their relationship will become even more unstable, resulting in us getting more time to prepare. After that, we can use deception like rumors or such to slow them down even further." Alex smirked. "I hope that I can reach Rank 4 if not Rank 3 before handling them."

"I see. So that's how Your Majesty wants to play out." William nodded. "In that case, Your Majesty wants to use your Space Element as a Trump Card?"

"Yes. Though I haven't practiced my Space Element to his level, since I am planning to take on his inheritance, I will learn it there." Alex nodded with a serious expression. He had calculated everything from the beginning.

"No wonder." William smiled. "I understand. I shall help Carissa."

"Good." Alex then turned to Sullivan. "Do you think you can kill the Beast God's opponent in one strike?"

"If there is an opening, it will be easy." Sullivan nodded.

"That's right. What was the skill you used earlier? You were so fast and cut your enemy just like that." William remembered what he wanted to ask previously.

"It's my true form. I am a six-winged crow. The reason that the Previous Spirit God accepted me as his sole bodyguard was due to my speed. In terms of combat alone, I can probably take on Korzan head-on. However, my strength is in my speed. I can confidently claim that no one is faster than me." He smiled.

"Is that so? Though I really believe that I won't be your match from that speed alone. I can barely follow your movement. Maybe if I have the chance to see your speed a few times, I can defeat you." William thought for a moment.

"Who will let someone escape when you have the chance to kill him?" Sullivan snorted.

"Hmph." William snorted.

"Anyway, let's go." Alex shook his head helplessly. "Let's settle this fight as soon as possible."

"Understood." Both cupped their hands as they disappeared from the battlefield.

Meanwhile, Carissa waved her hand and sent a crescent-shaped wave, hitting her opponent's attack directly.

"Tch." Her opponent raised her spear again. Blood had begun coming out of her mouth due to Carissa's poison.

At the same time, Carissa's condition wasn't that good.

"You won't be able to kill me. Your poison is not potent enough." She raised her spear and prepared for another charge.

"I know. Poison experts are never considered someone strong. After all, Divine Energy can hold it off for a long time. When I am dead, you will probably find a way to stop the poison until you have a way to purify it." Carissa smiled. "In fact, I may be the weakest among the guardians. Even so, I still have enough power to buy time until my friends kill all of you. When that time comes, you will have become weak enough that even a Rank 3 God can easily kill you."

"Then I only need to kill you as quickly as possible." She raised her hand and charged at her.

Carissa raised her hand and summoned a giant translucent green-colored palm to stop that charge.

However, her opponent released a powerful fire element that burned all those poisons and pierced through that palm.

"This is it…" She thrust her spear.

Carissa clenched her teeth and launched herself to the left, albeit the spear was quick enough to pierce her shoulder.

"Gah!" Carissa screamed out of pain.

Her opponent smirked and planned to kill her right now.

However, Carissa grasped the spear and controlled her blood to move around, melting the spear.

"What? Ten thousand poison blood?" Her opponent recognized her blood that could even melt a Divine Spear, but she was too late. One drop of Carissa's blood had touched her left hand, turning her white skin into black and spreading at high speed.

The woman released her spear and cut her own hand without hesitation. "Kh…"

Carissa smiled even with blood coming out of her mouth. "Why are you running? I am still here."

"You are insane. Are you planning to kill yourself just to bring me down with you?"

"This is how the weak me has survived until now." Carissa waved her hand, taunting her to come.

Her opponent took another spear out even though she didn't have her left hand anymore. She planned to be more cautious against Carissa, albeit little did she know she was too late.

"Ah, ah. I have told you to come and kill me, but you waste your precious chance." Carissa smiled.

"What did—" Before she finished, an immeasurable pressure hit her. She quickly revolved her Divine Energy but to no avail. She could fight the pressure but couldn't resolve it.

When she turned around, Alex appeared in her vision before the former became upside down.

William let out a long breath and turned to Carissa. "Are you alright, little girl?"

"Not quite. I used a lot of blood during this fight." She shook her head before looking at Alex. Without bothering the old man, Carissa regrouped with Alex.

William couldn't help but shake his head helplessly after seeing how she just ignored him. "Little girl. I just saved you, you know…"

"Without His Majesty, you couldn't do it in that instant." Carissa stuck out her tongue before jumping toward Alex, planning to hug him. "Your Majesty…"

Alex stretched his hand and stopped her by grabbing her forehead. "What?"

"Ah, I am injured, you know." She spun her body and gracefully fell on Alex's embrace. In addition, Carissa even used her full power just to take advantage of this situation. There was no way Alex could react with his current strength.

Taking out a bottle from her space ring, she handed it to Alex with her shaking hand. "Your Majesty. Can you please feed me the medicine? I don't mind if you don't want to do it mouth to mouth, but can you? Pretty please."

Alex twitched his eyebrows, noticing something wrong with the medicine. "Alright. But shouldn't you explain what this medicine is?"

"It's obviously aphrodisiac. If I take that, I will be like a cat in the heat. That way, His Majesty won't have another option other than relieving me through intercourse. After all, my poison blood will just evaporate if you try it with your Pure Fire." Carissa smiled playfully.

"I see. I heard something useful." Alex smiled and placed his hand on her shoulder.

Carissa misunderstood his intention and felt gleeful, expecting him to start groping her chest. However, that pleasure never came. Only the pain was coming.

"Argh!" She struggled before leaping off his embrace. "Uuh…Your Majesty turns out to be an S."

"Little girl, you should be more serious." William sighed when he looked at Carissa.

Alex just slipped a bit of his Pure Fire to her wound, giving her a bit of pain.

"I am serious!" Carissa pouted. "Well, thanks for the help."

"You're welcome." William nodded.

Carissa also took another ointment before giving it to William. "Take this. It should be enough to close your wound. It's the poison that will stimulate your defense system to create more cells to regenerate your body."

"Thanks." William grabbed the ointment and smeared it on his wound.

Carissa also did the same before cupping her hand to Alex. "Thank you for your help, Your Majesty."

Alex nodded. "Is your body alright? I think you should go back with William since we have successfully defeated four Rank 2 Gods."

"I think I have another good plan, Your Majesty." William raised his hand. "Since this one didn't take any energy, I can wreak havoc in their rank, destroying a few spaceships. This way, they will get distracted and the overall situation will turn our way."

"No. It's fine. Besides, I have a job for you." Alex turned around and saw all his wives fighting. "Can both of you protect them?"

"We understand." They bowed to him.

Suddenly, Sullivan brought Lilda with him. "That's five, Your Majesty."

"Oh, Sullivan! What the heck is that form?" Carissa's eyes brightened. "You look amazing."

"This doesn't suit me at all." Sullivan shook his head. "Anyway, I alone will be enough to change the situation, so you two can protect the ladies for the time being. Your Majesty…Will you—"

"Nope. I am not planning to stop here." Alex didn't let him finish and stated. "I am going to kill that guy."

Sullivan sighed as if he had expected Alex would say that. "I shall escort you to that place."

"Sure." Alex agreed since it would be faster that way.

A few seconds later.

Alex and Lilda appeared before the spaceship, looking at Young Master Sun. It was obvious who was superior, considering the latter was only a Rank 9 God while Alex was a Rank 5 God.

"You are not going to die easily." Alex only said as he planned to hand him to Jeanne after this.
