"I think that is enough." Alex finally stopped her from talking after a long ten hours.
They had been discussing the information all this time, from the Rawak Kingdom, their neighbor countries, and even the dark side. He got a good grasp of what kind of world he had come to.
According to Mileda, he believed the world wasn't a cultivation world or even like sword and magic. There was another kind of materialization that he needed to learn in a fight.
Of course, Mileda also benefited from this. Alex gave her food and water while they were talking, and surprisingly, she broke through to another level.
Seeing how she easily advanced, he wondered whether this world had a certain level of malnutrition, but it seemed to be not the case.
In their original city, they could easily buy water supply to liven up the city, and there were enough trees and such to make it look like a paradise. However, it was different in this very place. It was the farthest territory they could reach, so the condition was poor.
Alex listened to her with great interest and thought he might be able to get a good grasp of governing a kingdom or something from this place. After all, he had no prior experience regarding this, and he decided to accept his identity as the former Spirit God in Eulja.
It was a huge responsibility, so he thought he tried to learn it while he was in this world. However, he didn't ask her this type of question today because he had another plan.
He looked at Mileda, who slowly took a few deep breaths and wiped her sweat. It seemed he had pushed her too far.
"I am sorry for this display." She realized that she sweats too much and apologized.
Alex waved his hand. "It's fine. I have pushed you too much, so it's better to rest for a bit. And you can take this food supply with you."
"Really?" She widened her eyes. Obviously, it was normal to have this happy expression, especially after you tasted the food made from it.
During their discussion, Alex had asked her to eat, so she could somehow understand where Alex's power came from. It was amazing and absurd to the point the kingdom would rise if they had someone like Alex supplying them.
Before her kingdom fell, there was no news like this, so it was either hidden by the country or Alex never visited them. The latter seemed to be the answer since Alex said he just finished wandering around for years. Looking at Alex's age, it seemed he wasn't that young too, so there was no way he had talked with other countries.
"Yep. Just take it. I am going to walk around a bit." Alex nodded.
"Walk around?" She narrowed her eyes and started misunderstanding him again. She thought Alex wanted to walk around and leave this place altogether because there was no equipment in this room that came from him. In other words, he could leave at any moment.
"This…How about I accompany you? I can be your guide around." She desperately asked.
"Nah, it's fine. I don't plan to visit any building, so I will simply wander around aimlessly in the city."
Mileda thought for a moment and sighed. Since the first attempt failed, she shouldn't ask it again if she didn't want to displease Alex. "I understand."
Alex nodded and pointed at the food. "You can bring this away while I am strolling."
Without waiting for her to reply, Alex leaped out of the window since he didn't want to get bothered by the guards or something inside this place and disappeared.
Mileda looked outside the window and was bewildered when he disappeared. He should just jump earlier, and the next second, he disappeared.
She scratched the back of her head, not knowing what to do with Alex. There was no opening to exploit, and Alex seemed to have no interest in her. At the same time, there wasn't a maid beautiful enough to be compared to her, so it was impossible to entice him.
Frustrated by the thought, she could only leave the room, finding two guards that were patrolling outside.
"Princess." The guards kneeled and greeted her.
"Call the other guards to bring the supply inside the room. I have tested the food inside. Although it's raw now, if you cook it normally, I think it will work as well. Tell my brother that. I need to take a bath first." She ordered.
"This much?" One of the guards peeked inside the room and found the supply. There were boxes after boxes that were filled to the brim, but a certain thought appeared right after his surprise. "I wonder if we give him more space, will there be more supply?"
To his surprise, Mileda, who heard it, slammed him into the wall. "What did you say?! He has no obligation to help us and take nothing for this type of food. You still want to ask for more? You should be thankful if he doesn't leave this place because of your words."
The guard became pale, never expecting Mileda to react that much.
For Mileda, the information was worthless to them, and there wasn't important information that he needed, so she couldn't comprehend why Alex was so generous to give this much magic food and water to them.
As much as she wanted to beat the guard up, she couldn't afford to lose a single soldier at the moment, so she refrained herself and walked away while saying. "You heard my order. Do it immediately."
Since there was no shortage of water supply for drinking, she thought it would be better if she washed herself to present herself better.
On her way, she met her brother, who seemed to be curious as well.
"Brother."
"Mileda. Are you alright? You must have worked hard." The brother thought Mileda finally did it, considering she had been inside this room for ten hours.
Alex must be very strong in his opinion to last that long, but Mileda shook her head. "No. That's not hard work."
"What happened?" Xivaxi then realized that it wasn't the case.
Mileda gave a brief explanation regarding what they were talking about and Alex's intake in their matter.
It made him furrow his eyebrows and ask. "Where is he now? I should go with him to be his guide."
"I don't know. You remember that he is a wanderer, right? When you first saw him, was there another person with him?"
"So, you are assuming that he likes to be alone?"
"I think so. That's why we should leave him alone. At the very least, he has given us so much, it's better to not displease him too much in our current condition."
"Alright then. I will leave his matter to you. If you need anything, ask me."
"I understand."
Meanwhile, Alex was already on the outskirts of the city, facing the endless sand in this desert.
[What do you want to do?]
"Travel around the world in a few hours, including the dark side." Alex smiled and disappeared again. "Besides, my cultivation is sealed, so my speed can't be at full speed or else, I will go to the other side in one second."
He didn't feel like teleporting since this planet wasn't as big as an Upper World, so it would take around two hours to go around the world and reach this place again.
He headed straight to the east, considering he was somewhat on the west side of the light side. He planned to visit the portal at the end before returning to this place.
It didn't take too long for him to reach a savanna, filled with grass everywhere and trees. Many beasts were there, but he didn't find a monster like goblins or such. The beast itself didn't look that different than that of an animal, so he wondered if they were called monsters as well.
Either way, he continued his journey without paying too much detail to each biome. He passed some villages along the way, but nothing stood out, so he didn't think much.
He followed the map he got earlier to see the other kingdoms. According to the map, there were four kingdoms on this light side, including the Rawak Kingdom.
Near them was a kingdom called the Baal Kingdom. Unlike the Rawak Kingdom, this one controlled this Savanna. They exported dairy products, including meats, to other kingdoms to show their dominance. As for the Rawak Kingdom itself, they had strong warriors that could be lent to any other countries, so it was a kind of trade.
And not a single kingdom dared to antagonize them that much because they knew the Rawak Kingdom had the strongest army until they were extinguished overnight.
Either way, Alex arrived at the city to look around, but it didn't pique his interest. It was a simple kingdom that lived peacefully. The three kingdoms must be putting a facade when they sent their soldiers to help the Rawak Kingdom because they knew if the strongest kingdom couldn't handle it, they wouldn't be able to do it as well.
Alex then proceeded to the next kingdom known as the Slitn Kingdom. This kingdom had a specialty. It was their fertile lands. Surrounded by many volcanoes, they didn't need to worry about the minerals in their soil, and the lands would keep fertile for a long time.
Just like the second kingdom, he had no interest other than looking around for the Rawak Kingdom's soldiers.
He wondered whether they knew that the Rawak Kingdom had fallen. And if they knew about it, would they come back to rebuild it?
Unfortunately, he only found some, and they seemed to have someone they needed to protect or fight for, so it was best not to approach them, lest he garnered their attention.
Moving onto the last kingdom in the Light Side, he never expected to find a place for scholars. This place made him nostalgic because it reminded him about the Acacia Kingdom. This was the most advanced nation among the four because they prioritized knowledge. Of course, it wasn't only for science and such, but also tactics and strategies.
If they asked who would lead the war? It would be the Rawak Kingdom. However, if they asked who would come up with their plan, it would be this kingdom.
Academies and research centers were everywhere, making him a bit curious about the knowledge of this world.
He wondered if he could enter this kingdom and gained a bit of their knowledge, especially in their power system.
In the end, Alex decided to hold the idea until he planted the seal. He might bring someone from the Rawak Kingdom to be his guide, probably either Xivaxi or Mileda. With their status, it should be fine to avoid problems while in this place, and he could enter some research centers at the same time.
As for the payment, he would be giving more supplies, so it wasn't really that much. After putting so much thought, he departed from the last kingdom and headed straight to the dark territory.
He had expected this phenomenon, but he was still amazed by how beautiful it was. What he saw on the border between the Dark Side and the Light Side was a sea that would see the orange sun that was about to set but never set.
From Mileda's information, the sea spanned for half of the border, so the other half was a land where the dark territory usually used to invade the light territory. At the same time, he thought this would be a perfect place to sneak inside.
The scenery soon turned dark as he became closer to the dark territory and found a full black environment far away.
He increased his pace, and the light had completely gone. Only the darkness of night faced this territory. Even the four moons couldn't brighten it completely.
"So this is the dark side." Alex smiled. The darkness made it hard to see for a normal person, but it didn't affect him at all. He went ahead to check what he could find in this Dark Territory.
