Withdrawal from Earth (1)

On the spaceship.

Lunardo leaned back in a huge bath pool. Thin steam rose from the water, blurring his face.

Beside him were two women. One was massaging his head and neck, and the other was carefully peeling fruits.

Beside the bath, six women were scattering tender petals and pouring in expensive medicinal fluid.

“All of you, leave.” Lunardo glanced at the six women in the distance.

The six women immediately bowed and left, leaving only the two women serving him.

“I really can’t understand why Tejano would consider a punk from a lowly and weak civilization a friend.” Lunardo frowned and whispered, “What’s more, I even asked him! Yet, he continued protecting Xu Jingming.”

“He’s on the same level as me! Just a word from him, and I can easily send him a hundred or so subordinates. However, he isn’t even willing to let me deal with a small fry!”

“That’s an insult.” Lunardo’s face was faintly discernible under the steam, and it became even gloomier. “That’s right. He’s Tejano Redmond Xire after all. What can I do if he doesn’t take me into account?”

“These damn people were born with monstrous authority. Why would they care about me?” The closer Lunardo was to the core of the Primestar civilization, the more he understood that he was nothing compared to those truly important figures!

His brother was from that circle. As for him… At most, he was only an ‘attachment’ to his brother.

“But a weak civilization on Earth is nothing in front of me.” Lunardo got up and walked out of the bath. As he walked out, a robe naturally appeared on his body.

Lunardo walked to a chair and sat down. He took a bite of the fruit fed by the maidservant beside him before reaching out to tap.

Buzz!

A projection appeared in front of him, and a hook-nosed elder in a loose black robe quickly appeared on it.

“Your Highness,” the hook-nosed elder said with a smile. “It’s rare for you to contact me. Oh… You’re visiting our Oohook Star Alliance now? You have to come to Black Moon civilization. I shall entertain you well.”

“I won’t be going to the Black Moon civilization.” Prince Lunardo sat in a chair and appeared very relaxed. He smiled and said, “Mr. Merilun, I just left a weak civilization, Earth, and encountered your Black Moon civilization’s garrison there.”

“Earth?” Merilun was slightly stunned before nodding. “Yes, our Black Moon civilization has a garrison there! We have some trade with them.”

“The members of your Black Moon civilization are very polite. I’m quite satisfied with their hospitality.” Prince Lunardo smiled. “But Earth’s civilization is barbaric. They don’t know etiquette.”

“Oh? They slighted you, Prince Lunardo?” Merilun asked.

“So what if they slight me? I can only endure it. They may be barbaric, but I still value etiquette. No matter how angry I am, all I can do is reprimand them,” Prince Lunardo said.

“Your Highness, you’re kind,” Merilun commented with a smile.

“But to be honest, Earth’s civilization is a little uncivilized, barbaric, and lacking in etiquette. Such a civilization… It’s not suitable for the Black Moon civilization to have a deep relationship with them,” Prince Lunardo said. “Otherwise, if Earth gets into trouble, it will probably implicate the Black Moon civilization.”

Merilun nodded when he heard that. “I don’t know much about Earth’s civilization, so I’ll arrange for someone to investigate if it’s worth continuing trade with them.”

“I was only saying a few words on account of us being friends.” Prince Lunardo smiled and said, “Alright, I won’t disturb you any further. In the future, give me a knock when you come to the Primestar civilization. I’ll definitely entertain you warmly.”

“Definitely.” Merilun nodded.

Only then did Lunardo end the transmission, and the projection dissipated.

Lunardo sat there with a smile and ate the fruit beside him.

“Master, the Black Moon civilization will cut off all contact with Earth, right?” the woman massaging Lunardo’s shoulders whispered.

“Definitely,” Lunardo replied confidently. “The two Origin lifeforms of the Black Moon civilization are much more sensible than Tejano. They know who’s worth making friends with.”

“Soon…” Lunardo said softly, “The Black Moon civilization’s garrison will withdraw and cut off all contact with Earth. No powerful civilization will be willing to protect Earth.”

“What do you think will happen to a weak emerging civilization with only one habitable planet and no garrison? Besides, it’s rather rich.” Prince Lunardo smiled.

“The greedy ones in the universe.” The two maidservants understood.

“Earth shall experience… the true storms in the universe.” Prince Lunardo looked forward to it. “I didn’t break my promise to Tejano. I didn’t deal with that lowly kid!”

“I’m just giving the Black Moon civilization a friendly reminder. That’s all.”

Only then did Prince Lunardo feel better. With his character, he naturally had to seek revenge after being stifled.

To him, this was only a small punishment! If it weren’t for Tejano, his means would be much more terrifying.

Merilun sat on a chair and tapped a projection, producing a respectful middle-aged man.

“Cipolla,” Merilun said.

“Teacher,” Cipolla greeted respectfully.

“Your family is in charge of the development of Earth’s civilization, right?” Merilun asked.
